All LBDA classes are conducted in English.
Registration Procedure
Step 1: Please call 647-802-3498 to set up an appointment with the teacher. The teacher will meet with the parents and student to find a suitable class.
Step 2: Download and complete the Registration form. You can make the payment below by selecting the Class category: either blue or green and following the link.

Step 3: Please bring a tray with fruits, flowers and Guru Thatchanna ($1 or $11 for good luck) for the first day of dance class for the pooja. Please read the policies below.
Policies
Fees
You must register for the entire course. Drop-ins are not permitted. To ensure consistency and best results, registration for the full course is required.
REGISTRATION FEE
A $25 non-refundable registration fee per student is required with the registration form.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
LBDA accepts cash, e-transfers and cheques. (Cheques made out to Laya Bhava Dance Academy.)
ADMINISTRATION FEES AND LATE PAYMENTS
An administration fee of $30.00 will be charged to all NSF cheques.
REFUND POLICY
Class enrolment is neither transferable nor refundable.
Exception: Only students who register and pay for an entire year can receive a refund under certain circumstances. The non-refundable $25 registration fee will be retained. A $25.00 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds. Should you choose to discontinue classes during the first 9 weeks of the season, refunds will be granted less a $25 Administration Fee and pro-rated based on enrollment until drop.Fees will not be refunded for missed classes or classes taken.
CLASS CANCELLATION
Laya Bhava Dance Academy reserves the right to cancel any class temporarily or permanently due to emergency, weather conditions or low enrollment.
ATTENDANCE
Missed classes are sometimes unavoidable. However, since continual absences negatively affect the progress of the entire class, every effort should be made to attend all classes. There will be no refunds for missed classes.
DRESS CODE
ALL dancers are required to follow the LBDA dress code: Students should wear salwars or dance sarees to class. Students not dressed appropriately will not be admitted to class.
HAIR
Hair must be tied back in a neat, secure ponytail or braid. Bangs should be clipped back and out of the face.
